Appearance
For Providers
Your Provider dashboard is where you manage your company presence, products, and job listings so Seekers can find you.

TIP
Screens show sample data; your dashboard shows your own companies and products.
Your dashboard at a glance
- Profile completion — keep this at 100%. You need a complete profile to create or manage companies, and fuller profiles match better.
- Companies, Products, Jobs — counts of your active listings, each a shortcut to manage them.
- My Companies — the companies you represent, with location, size, and visibility. Use Add New Company to add another.
Open one of your companies to see its own dashboard: profile views, inquiries, active products, and how each product is performing — views and inquiries per product, plus your profile completeness.
Getting set up
- Complete your profile — this unlocks creating and managing companies.
- Add your company (or companies) with clear, accurate details.
- Add products with honest, evidence-backed descriptions.
- Keep claims specific and verifiable — see Trust & verification for why it matters to how you're matched and ranked.
Keep your company details up to date
Your company page is yours to maintain — anyone on the company's team can edit it, no request to our staff needed. If the summary, description, or any other detail on your company page is out of date or doesn't read the way you want, fix it yourself:
- Open your Provider dashboard and find the company under My Companies.
- Choose Edit on the company. The company wizard opens with your current details filled in.
- Update the Summary (the short blurb Seekers see first on your company page) or the longer Description — the same wizard also covers location, size, industry, and the rest of your company details.
- Select Update Company to save. Your changes are live right away.
A clear, well-written summary is often a Seeker's first impression of your company, so it's worth a periodic re-read.
Inquiries from Seekers
When a Seeker contacts you, the conversation arrives in your company's Inquiries inbox — recent ones show right on the company dashboard. Inquiries are grouped by status so new ones stand out; open a thread to read the Seeker's message and reply in place. A prompt, concrete reply is your best conversion tool — this is the moment a match becomes a customer.
Your company team
You don't have to run a company page alone. Each company has a Team page where owners can invite colleagues, approve join requests, and set roles — both the team role (Owner / Manager / Member) and the person's role at the company. Start typing a colleague's name and teammates already in your organization are suggested; anyone else is invited by email — they receive a "You've been invited to VerityBase" message with a link to set their password (see Joining by invitation).
Pending invitations are listed until they're accepted, and can be resent (if the email got lost) or revoked. The last remaining owner can't be demoted or removed, so a company is never left without one.
Already listed? Claim your company
If your company already appears on VerityBase but nobody at your company manages it yet, don't create a duplicate — claim it. On Get Started, choose Claim an existing company, search for your company by name, and submit a claim. Our team reviews each request before connecting the company to your account. Until a company is claimed, Seekers can view it but can't contact it — claiming is what opens the inquiry channel.
How matching works
Seekers describe what they need; VerityBase matches your products against those needs and shows each with a match score and a trust label. Well-described, well-evidenced products surface more often and earn stronger trust labels.
